Room reservations can be made by calling the Clarion Hotel at 800-725-2236. Be sure and mention you are with the USS Lexington to get the special group rate of $94.00 per room per night plus tax. That rate will be good 3 days prior and 3 days after the reunion, based on hotel availability. Rooms that are reserved in the group block will be dropped August 18, so be sure and make your reservations prior to that date.

A 50% deposit is requested by Aug. 1, 2012 with final payment due by Sept. 1, 2012. There will be a 10% cancellation fee if you cancel prior to Sept. 13, 2012. Refunds after Sept. 13 will be on a case by case basis. This applies to the activity package.
Cancellations must be made by phone and authorized by a representative of Gatherings Plus. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.
